Another venting session

Ok – I’m done. I have had it with my job. I have had it with my home life and I have had it with being a fucking adult. (yes – I am PMS’ing)

A little background --- I have had company from 7/18 to 7/31 – my husband and I have not had a lot of adult time (if you catch my drift) – so things are a bit tense at my house. Add to that – the fact that my period showed up last nite and all is not well.

About a month ago – I purchased new living room furniture – a couch, loveseat and a chair. Last Friday – my hubby went down to pick up the set. Well ----- my loveseat had a hole in it. I refused it and had them order another one. It came in today. Wanna guess what happened? Yup – this one has a hole in it too. It is a smaller hole and in a different spot – but it is a hole. The furniture company let us take the loveseat (because I have company coming back into town next weekend) and I was going to be pissed if I didn’t have my loveseat. But this is just adding to everything else going on.

My hubby is on the phone with me (his cell to my cell) and he gets a letter from the company renting us our home. When we first moved in (end of May), the carpet developed a fray. I called to have it fixed. It wasn’t fixed until 7/3/06. We put the vacuum over the fray to keep the cat from playing with it and I told the rental place that. I guess I should have kept my pie-hole shut – because now - we are getting a f’ing bill for the repair. I am pissed – livid pissed. My husband called the rental company and they told him that I told them the cat did it. WTF??? Why in the hell would I say that to the rental people? Do they think I am stupid enough to admit to that? Well – evidently – my husband does. #2 thing to add today to the growing list of what is making my life hell lately.

Then to top it all off??? I have a cell phone that, when we bought it was an awesome deal. That should have tipped us off. It is a piece of shit. We think it was a refurbished phone. The screws are missing in the back (under the battery) – it is junk. My husband and I were having the discussion about whether or not I would tell the rental people the cat did the damage and he cut out. So I asked him to repeat it. He yelled it back at me and said “THAT IS WHAT I SAID”. Oh hell no – don’t yell at me if it is my piece of shit phone is to blame.

PFFT – screw this shit – I am so done!!! Just had to vent!!!!!!!!!!
